Free Shipping & Taxes
All orders are shipped completely free of charge. The price you see includes all applicable taxes.

Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all countries within the European Union.
Please Note: Deliveries to Cyprus, Malta, and EU remote islands (such as the Canary Islands and French Guiana) are not available at this time.

Order Processing Timeline (in Business Days)
All orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Italian public holidays).

• Same-Day Shipping:
  Orders placed before 10:00 AM Italian Time on a business day will be processed and shipped out the same day.
• Next Business Day Shipping:
  Orders placed after 10:00 AM Italian Time, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Delivery Times (After Shipment)
Once your order has been shipped, please allow the following estimated time for delivery:

• Italy: Approximately 3 business days
• Other EU Countries:5-7 business days

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and commence from the date your order is shipped, not the date it was placed.

Damaged Shipment
While every RYD shipment is carefully packaged, if anything arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact us immediately at service@rydbike.com. We take great pride in our customer service and are committed to your satisfaction.
