Mr. Paul, the founder of the RYD brand, is also an outdoor cycling enthusiast, and has loved to ride a bicycle around the mountains and rivers of his hometown since he was a child. He came up with the idea of creating an extremely light and comfortable commuter bike when he was engaged in the export of skateboard products for 11 years. Since the beginning of 2022, he spent almost 2 years searching for reliable parts suppliers across the country, and nearly 1 year discussing with bicycle industry professionals to develop frame styling and determine the optimal solution for various accessories, and finally launched RYD's first production model, the AERO 16, at the end of March 2025.
